All guests are required to place a credit card on file to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged unless our Cancellation Policy is violated. All card information is legally stored and PCI compliant.
Your appointment is very important to me and it is time reserved especially for you. You will receive an Appointment Confirmation email from me 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please, always call if you think you might be late; I'd rather know as early as possible so I can do my best to fit you in, however if you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep within the time allotted for you, or forgo the service altogether which may result in a “No Show” charge to your account.
If you are a new client, please have your hair washed one day prior to your cut and arrive with dry hair. You can use curl cream and some styling products if you want.
Please do not wear a ponytail, clip or anything that can stretch out your curls. If you want to have a FaceTime prior to your appointment to help get your curls headed in the right direction, let me know.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
But I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and sometimes things happen don't always go according to plan; therefore, I request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 30% of the reserved service amount.
Appointment “No Shows” may be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Eden's Rain Salon has on-street metered parking and is across the street from a larger metered parking lot. Feel free to come into the salon at the time of your scheduled appointment. If you are a person who likes to arrive early, no problem! We have a cozy waiting area at the front of the salon where you can wait until I am ready for you.

Your health and safety is of utmost importance to me. My salon is cleaned following all safety guidelines and standards set forth in Illinois.
I am fully vaccinated and boosted and not wearing my mask. IF YOU ARE VACCINATED I will let you decide if you would like to wear masks or not for your appointment. IF YOU ARE UNVACCINATED I am asking you to please respect my wishes and wear a mask for your appointment.
